Try sitting an 8" or 10" fan in the cabin directed towards the return air register. It probably won't cure the problem, but will help move the air.

Previous owner put this crap on my boat. Best thing I found to remove it is a soap from Home Depot - ZEP, spray it on full strength and wash off with clear water. When you spray the ZEP on it will dissolve the polymer and turn it orange. Don't let the Zep dry on the gel coat. Just my .02...

Check the steering cables.

I had a 220 Sundancer with the same problem, the cable was bad. you have to move the cable to excite the power steering. Replace the cable, problem solved. JMIHO

Quint, I have run a 4 blade on a 250 Dancer, really liked it. Quicker out of the hole and the boat ran flatter when on plane, seemed to raise the stern a little. If I remember correctly, I dropped the pitch 2 degrees. In fact it was a Powertech prop, manufactured here in Shreveport.
