    Turns out it was the inverter that was fooling me .. it was clicking on when the breaker/shore power switch was turned on indicating that the batteries were being charged etc ..... but was not sending power back to the main panel - for now I've by-passed the inverter and all is working fine -...

    with twin big blocks.. Have a lot of water in the Port side fuel tank - because some fool put the water hose into the wrong inlet.. Is there an easy way to drain the water from the fuel tank? thanks Larry

    Ignition problem with 1988

    340 (454 gas) Trying to start - just get a "click" and nothing .... Tried about tten times and then it started to turn over and fired up - works fine now ...thought maybe solenoid? But the noise is ot eminating from that area Any thoughts.? Thanks

    Want to move this Boat from Fresh Water.. to Salt Water.. (Georgian Bay to Southwest Florida).. Need to know how to install a freshwater flush kit or flush value.. Any ideas? Many thanks Larry

    It's going to Naples..and will be "out of the water" most of the time.. I've read that flushing the engine after each use is a good idea.. The cooling system on it would be "open" .. in that .. it will surely use raw water for cooling the exchanger, genset and engine.

    I have an '88 340 Sundancer that is in mint condition with less than 400 hours on it's twin 454,s it has never been in salt water I'm retiring and want to bring it to Florida and Use it there in salt water. Am wondering what sort of issues and problems I will have using this boat in salt...
