OK, let's hear your big plans and let's hope they don't involve flights. (Mine do :eek:) The rate at which flights are being cancelled I have my fingers crossed!
 
I'm staying inside trying to stay warm. Brrr!!!
We're driving to Az the next weekend, hopefully the roads are clear.
 
Taking the dinghy out early to visit my friends who wanted to spend the night anchored up off the ICW. Then home to enjoy the jacuzzi and light off some explosives with the neighbors.
 
Flying to MIA on Wednesday to check out a boat then heading to Anna Maria Island till the 3rd. Hoping flights do not get cancelled and everyone stays healthy.

Spending a quiet evening on the boat with-in earshot of the yacht club. Purposefully avoiding a gala where no doubt the scourge will be shared efficiently. We have happily become a bit anti-social as of late. May have a couple dock neighbors stop by for an adult libation, watch the various celebrations on the tele and be sawin' logs by ten.

Next weekend we will be recovering from having all 9 grandkids at our home for Christmas this weekend, so no plans. Those of you who have flights as part of your plans, I hope your trips go off without a hitch. Hearing the news of all the cancellations over Christmas weekend just makes me sick.
 
I used the latest Covid hysteria to cancel out of state house guests from coming, so now i can just chill with the Admiral and pups.

I figure, cant beat them, then join them.
 
Nada. Admiral will still be recovering from the Vid. Kid is headed out tomorrow to Malibu to see his gal. Hope his flights go, but it's supposed to snow in the AM. I told him Malibu is better than this place -- go.
 
Floating along the west coast of Florida for a couple of weeks.

At boca grande over the holidays, close friends are joining us on the boat For the nite for good company, good food, and maybe a cocktail.
 
Early dinner at Georgia Sea Grill on St Simons Island. Never been there (that restaurant) and don’t know anything about it, so if nothing else it’ll be a new experience. Leaving the next morning to finish our trip to FL for the winter. (Not on the boat, in our 5th wheel)
 
Mark, we haven't been to a club function in over a year. Nobody masks up, lots of hugging, nuzzling and close dancing. With my medical issues I just can't take the chance.

We're going out to one of those rrrrreally special places for dinner on NYE and will be home before 9:00. Then on New Year's Day I am flying to AZ. We're having new flooring put in the condo and someone has to crack the whip.

And that's what she said... We went to the Christmas party 2-3 weeks ago at the club and we both got tested after the event because we felt it was a little too huggy with no masks and no vaccine requirements...

We'll be staying in Glendale at my sisters(59th and Union Hills), but my mom lives in Sun City around 110th and Peoria, the old part.
We're just going to visit as our first post retirement trip. We semi have a plan, but no specific timeline, or hard plans.
Retirement's great!
 
Nighttime single digits for the weekend. 'Think we'll just huddle around the fireplace and watch old movies.
