Has anyone determined why water occasionally shows in the floor compartment of the aft stateroom of an ‘08 40DA?

I’m back at boat on Tuesday for the survey. I’ll check. Are you shower sumps over flowing or water collecting in the bilge just ahead of that area?
Thanks to Riptide III (Phil) for his expert skill and craftsmanship - installing a new floor in my 1997 Sea Ray 400 Sundancer . And thanks to Sandi for letting me borrow him for a week to do the job!
Thank you! I have a better idea. Why don’t you take a boat trip up here?Ahhh man, that's exactly how I'd like mine to look...great job...Wood? Just need you both to head down to the Chesapeake...

I replaced mine last year and just found a set with specs that match the sea ray parts guide (0674356 CYLINDER GAS 40 PSI 20 EXT X 12 COMP) 20" extended, 12" compressed. I can get a picture of the actual unit, but you should be able to match these specs.Anyone have a part number I can take to an auto parts store for the hatch supports for the "trunk" Mine are pretty old looking. I see on the sedan bridge 400 forum they are 12"-20" 70 lbs. is that the same as ours?

You can order from Bomar or from several other online sources. I think they are special order only from West Marine.
I ordered mine from Go2Marine.
