We just got back from Disney World and while there I wore a Sea Ray of Charleston Tshirt on Sunday. I met half dozen people with that shirt that I would not have met other wise. I met the security officer of a Sea Ray dealer, two owners of 240 Sundecks. a 200 select, 280 Dancer and a 40 footer. The people were from several different states and all wanted to talk about their boats. None of them new about us but I educated them.

Who have you met with your Sea Ray?

Paul

George Bush ok not really, but alot of great people on this site. Glad to hear you are sending some more our way Paul.

Wesley

It cost me a lot of money to let them send it to me, but even I ordered the past year a half of dozen SR t-shirts.

Here in the Netherlands they think I sell or repair SeaRays.

I received permission about 5 years ago from SeaRay to have "Sea Ray Owners" Signs re-made. The ones they made were the clear backing rectangular sign with just the gold lettering.
Here's the ones I had made in a sign shop. I get asked all the time "do you own a SeaRay?" Now I have made 6 more for my relatives and my other truck to have them.

It seems this is popular as I have had a few requests via PM and E-mail. Let me get some facts and get back to ya'll.

That is sweet. I'll just pick mine up when I come to Washington to check out all those great microbrews you told me about.

As soon as Todd posted the photos the signatures disappear. This is just something we are going to have to live with for a while. Look at this way, most boards do not let you have a signature, Jim is allowing us to have it. If someone posts a picture in a topic your signature is going to disappear. Jim is looking into it but there may not be a solution and we may just have to get use to it. Lets let it go guys.

Ok, send me an e-mail if you're interested in one. I need to let the sign guy know an accurate qty. toddo@argens.com
He guesstimated $10ea. I'm not trying to profit from these. But maybe if we order enough the price will come down

Thanks for the signature explanation Wesley. Wasn't aware this issue had been brought up, let alone beat to death as I infer from your reply. I just thought it was something I had screwed up on my own.

As for you xravenx, that hurts :smt089

Searay40dad, hope you did not take my post incorrectly, I was in the middle of something and just was scanning through the post. I may have answered that one a little hasty. Sorry again.
