Where has everyone gone?

I have spent 5 days getting projects done getting the boat ready. Almost done - new batteries are tomorrow.
 
At work, I can no longer post, but I can still lurk. This has been ongoing for several weeks now. Lurking a lot these days.
 
Here, but lurking mostly.
 
CSR's numbers have been up significantly the last two week specifically. Some days are 75% over a normal day. So the question is "have you been coming to the right site and is your internet connection working?"
 
well im busy spankin 2 old 240 srv hardtops at the same time, full resto's all new power and new interior, slave-in away
 
It's just very busy time of the year between all the personal stuff and additional boat projects. Due to number of enhancements I'll have to spend about 2 extra weekends to get the boat ready for splashing. So, until things cool down a bit I have very limited time to even lurk.
 
I've been over with the gang at G-dock.
 
Maybe the large number of lurkers is because there are more lurkers. A lot of new people just cruising around for general information.....?? Also-rebuilt the water pump in the outdrive and repainted. Anybody know where I can get get new decals for Alpha-1?

Umm well....been in/on the water/docks every weekend since I got my boat last month.....other than that, adjusted the throttle cables and adjusted the carb.
and found a oil leak -_-
 
I've been down at the boat yard weather permitting every Saturday and Sunday since easter weekend (throw good Friday in also). I splash next week so tomorrow is the last day available to me. Once we get her home I will need to start getting the backyard ready for the season. We are fortunate to have waterfront property so I can sneak on board between yard chores.
 
Out looking for a bigger Sea Ray to make the wife happy......Me too !!! Mixed feelings about considering selling my current one.
 
Dasch Boat, I know the feeling, I am just north about 60 miles as the crow flies and have been running into weather issues on the weekend and a couple of Fridays off. This weekend only looks like 1 of the two days to perform repairs that need someone in and out of the boat. April 28 was my splash date, but I have put it off for a couple more weeks. Found a few other items to be repaired/ replaced before being splashed.

Wee Isle, which I was further south to get longer boating time.

Good luck James, this is our first splash with the 380 and everything is new to us. A helluva lot more hull to polish for one thing. Took care of the mechanicals (engine and generator impellars),also underwater lights installed. Will wire them up and clean the cabin and cockpit when we get her home.
