I'm looking to build a list of possible gifts for Father's Day and I couldn't think of anything better than boat accessories. I also know that many of you probably have great things that I also need. So share!

What's the best thing you have on-board? (Electronics, cleaning, storage, whatever). If you like it, post it.

Thanks!

Depends what you do and where you go. Over night if you have 120 volt and it is cold or damp a full size matras pad $40. We run it when we have power and it takes the damp and cold out of the bed. If you drink a lot of cold beverages a 12 volt refrigerator from WalMart $180 size 2 by 2 by 1.5 feet. If you are ever out at night a very good hand held spot light $40 We have two 12 volt chargable ones and they are good for 1000 feet. Try before you buy. If you do not have a BBQ one of the small ones that come with rail mount is nice to have $250. And everone's (NOT) favorate a Honda Generator (HAHA).

You even have to ask???

My First Aid Kit!!! Lol

After that the Swimplatform mentioned has brought the most smiles per dollar of any add on.

Safety equipment is a given. My favorite thing I don't need is the magma grill followed by water skis and fishing gear.

Do you mean besides my wife who is a great deck hand?

Other than her, I'd probably say my autopilot or possibly the Magma grill.

The 2800 watt inverter. Lets me run microwave, TV , fans etc. Also like GFC said the Magma grill ranks right up there.

My Admiral's favorite would be the Sea-King satellite system up on the radar arch. Our 42" TV with surround sound is pretty cool as well. Even though I don't squat like a girl, I must say that we both enjoy our Sealand vacuflush head. Sure beats the crap out of the old stick shift ones that we had in previous boats.

Lots of great Father's Day ideas! Keep them coming. I do have the Micus Tx and Rx. Love them. Don't think a stripper pole will fly but it sounds good.
