What ever it is, it was added after the factory had it. Spot light would have 2 switches and the toggle to turn the light 360 degree's
Correct prop, WOT engine rpm's, if the engine isn't getting up to proper rpm's the prop could have too much pitch. Worst news would be weak engines but I wouldn't guess that first. Rpm's for a start.
The real answer for getting on plane with a full deck is the one your passengers don't want to hear. put a couple bodies on the v-berth in the cabin and she'll pop right up. I had to do that several times with my 250 when loaded to capacity. My mother-in-law was not amused.
