The CSR screen on my laptop has changed its appearance. How do I get it back to normal?

It's not CSR -- it's your browser. Clearing your cookies and cache will likely fix it.

Close your Browser then....
Start > Settings > Control Panel >Internet Options
Under the "Browsing History" section click on the "Delete..." button > on the next screen check all boxes except "Preserve Favorites website data" and "Passwords" then click the Delete button.
I'm on a Mac so the above instructions may not be exact but they are close enough to get you there.
