What Clarion Head Unit is this?

I had my volt meter and downloaded test tones from Kicker to set the Gain. I released I can't set the Gain on the sub and the 6.5s separately because of this configuration.

You can, even if the amp is using a single pair of RCA to send signal to all 4 (3 with a bridged woofer).

For the subwoofer I ended up purchasing 2 channel RCA patch cable and used the Non Fader RCAs off the back of the head unit to run to Amp 2 on the Kicker 4 channel.

I also purchased Kicker's 46CXARCT Remote Bass Control that I plan to plug into Amp 2 to experiment with different lows for different music/songs. Crutchfield gave me some good tips on how to configure it out of the box, then experiment from there.

Video update for those following along at home or future readers. For those who said stick with the Clarion CMD6, @Wylie_Tunes I think you may have said that, I now could not agree more. It's doing everything I want it to do.

A tip to those at home on crossover frequency If your speakers already have crossover built in, like my 6.5s do, leave it Off at the amp. Crutchfield taught me this. Also, make sure your speakers have a nice air tight seal when mounted. I reinstalled the subwoofer this weekend and noticed a difference in the bass output.

Doing some more tuning when I noticed this. This is at 75%, using all stock wires. Previous stock amp would have tripped the breaker by now. Very impressed with this Kicker set up.
