I've seen a few of these on E-bay. The OEM ladder for this boat is a quality unit. Not cheap, but cheaper than a dealer.

If it helps you any, I just helped a buddy out with his 2000 380 by ordering the guts to the ladder and we rebuilt it for $75.00. That includes all the screws and bumper stops. I think to replace it would have cost close to $400. If you're interested, PM me and I'll find the name of the company that has the parts breakdown.:thumbsup:
