Many of you know us as a strong reputable company with the resources to greatly expand the availability of this product. We have purchased a brand new laser engraving machine which should arrive in the second week of May. I do not want to turn this into a sales pitch, I just wanted to address the high level of anxiety that is present on all of the boating forums.

Did you get all the templates that Vector had?
 
please keep us up to date, i had scott do my panels on my 390 and they are immaculate!!
my father has the same boat and will need his done this spring/summer so if you guys can recreate what he did on mine that would be great, just let me/us know when you are up and running....

I am looking forward to a nice CSR discount, and hope that part of the deal was to take care of those in 'vector limbo' and return the panels that were sent in... while I wasn't one affected, the stories I read make me sick...

Well that cocludes the Scott Cambra story. It's too bad the dude crashed and burned. I got the sense that he did not surround himself with the right people and judging from the comments on this forum about his locale, it would appear hard to do so from the available pool in that area. It's a little sad to hear when someone fails but, it did seem inevitable by his business practices shared by others all over the internet. It still wasn't cool though that while he owed peolpe money or product he refused to contact them. Meanwhile he took the time to contact FP so he could put a few Veckles in his own pocket!! Shame on you Scott.

So we now move on. I have purchsed from FP in the past and found them to be good guys so I expect that they will be continuing their high level of customer service as they branch out into the panel business. Good Luck Guys!!
 
FP are good guys. I've purchased a few things from them.
