Can anyone give me some advice the vacuum toilet on my sundancer 260 fills with water but fails to empty I have checked the vacuum pump which works ok. Thanks

What do you mean when you say the "vacuum pump works fine"? Just because you can hear it running does not mean it is generating vacuum. My first two guesses are 1) a clog or 2) the bellows in the pump has failed.

Ok thank you for replying, I should mention that this is the first time that I have any dealings with a vacuum toilet and have only just bought the boat, so might be assuming that the pump is ok. I will check on those two points

Sat Child, As Mark said, Go to Advanced Search in upper right corner of pg. numerous threads on Vacuflush. In your brief symptom description, it sounds like a clog. If not, here's an exploded view of the " goodies " that make the system work. Part #s 5 are Duck Bills that need periodic replacement. They are discussed at length ! Good luck, Tim
