Vacuuflush not working suggestions please

Jim and Tim thanks for the advise I am going to give this a try tomorrow for sure! Where is the best place to buy parts online or West Marine? Does WM stock this stuff? I did check the site and they have some stuff a rebuild kit for instance but just not sure to what extent.
 
Found the issue it was a clog in the 90 elbow from vac tank to hose that feeds waste tank. The duck bills were all in great shape someone must have replaced them already. Thx for the tips now i understand how the system works
