No, read the fine print. The "gimmie" is capped, both in terms of miles and absolute dollars. And the cap is actually quite low. I forget the details. . .but it did not strike me as anything more than a *modest* vehicle rebate
I don't know the details of their rebate program so my comments earlier were based on assuming they were being more sophisticated than that. However, I do think it is possible for a company like Brunswick to step up and be creative on bulk fuel costing (hedging, cost averaging, etc.) such that life would be more predictable and cost effective. If I could have some sort of "Brunswick fuel debit Visa card" that I paid into once per month (all year) and behind the scenes it was managed like airlines buy fuel, that would be a HUGE thing... heck of a lot better than just discounting boats.
