I wonder how Cobalt will prove that sales were lost to Sea Ray solely due to the Sea Ray coping the platform seat design? They plan on have Virgina dealers testify... There a obvious similarities, but the entire boating market, especially in the non-yacht boats, have been down. In the end if Cobalt wins, the judgement may be minimal...
