TRUMP 2024

So riddle me this. Lawyer send invoice saying for legal services When it was allegedly for something else. How is that falsification on Trump? Not his record.

Lawyer pleads guilty to campaign finance violation. How is that on Trump? Doesn’t Brag have to prove that Trump violated campaign finance laws?
What they needed was planned for far ahead. They squeezed Cohen until he agreed to plead guilty to this...

[O]n or about October of 2016, in coordination with, and at the direction of, the same candidate, I arranged to make a payment to a second individual with information that would be harmful to the candidate and to the campaign to keep the individual from disclosing the information. To accomplish this, I used a company that was under my control to make a payment in the sum of $130,000. The monies I advanced through my company were later repaid to me by the candidate. I participated in this conduct, which on my part took place in Manhattan, for the principal purpose of influencing the election.

And what exactly is illegal about that? Trump didn't prepare the "fraudulent" invoices.

Well, yeah. The DA has to prove all of it and show corroborating evidence too. He must feel he can.

We will see.
He doesn't care if he can. And he has no jurisdiction over campaign finance laws. The whole idea of this trial is to keep Trump tied up so he can't campaign.

Ah. Should be an easy case for the defense to win, huh?
