Is that because he offers no meaningful policies or plans? Just complaints?

Is big economic plan is more welfare for farmers??? Awesome. He can’t run again so buying their vote seems dumb. And expensive.

It’s great to see democracy at full stretch in the USA, all about tactical voting and little about substance. No wonder the ROTW are so worried…
 
I was talking to a friend in Inverness today the man has been a GOP supporter for as long as he can remember, he's in his 80's.Today he told me Trump won't win he's too tainted, the base will vote for him again but the undecided and the fringe voters won't. His wife said Trump has lost the vote of the woman which was key for him in 2016.

Amazingly, this is not an original thought. Trump's policies are great for this country. But the media has poisoned the well so much that he is not electable. No news there.

It has nothing to do with the media, it's Trump and his mouth is his worse enemy. Trumps policies were horrible for the country.

Exactly which policies were horrible for the country?

1) tax reform — making the wealthy pay their fair share by limiting their RE interest and tax deductions
2) border security
3) America first foreign policy

So why doesn’t the GOP put forward someone less tainted with the same policies and why won’t the base accept that?
