Mine broke this past summer. I couldn't find them anywhere, so I ended up buying a new seat at Home Depot.
The color doesn't match perfectly, but it's not too bad.

I have an 06 400 DA the toilet seat it’s 14 x 14 in an Almond color I was able to find a hinge kit that fits perfect except only comes in white. But It’s alternative instead of spending $80 for a whole new seat

Go to Home Depot and buy a small (nail polish size) bottle of Almond Appliance touch-up paint and paint those bad boys...

If you look close You will see the almond screw cover caps , I cut off the white covers and it looks great
BUT IF THE COVERS ARE MESSED UP THE Appliance paint is a great idea !
AMAZON HAS A FEW DIFFERENT KITS , I ordered three kits and sent the ones I didn’t use/fit back
