The B60 will operate with the Raymarine DSM30 or 300 at 50/200KHz. I don't know what frequency the SeaRay depth sounder is, but apparantly not at 50/200KHz otherwise as you mentioned you would have interference.

Does it look like it matches the spot where Vince had his transducer installed?

Yup, sure does. Just forward of the starboard tranny, and slightly outboard the stringer is exactly where Vince has it, and where SR recommended.

It had me confused for a sec... I forgot they're V-drives!

As far as 5200 vs. 4200, they're both fine. It's really just a hangup of mine I guess, I just like knowing that with 5200 you can barely rip it off the hull. It's not even logical, because on this application it's purely acting as a sealant, and not an adhesive...but I've just always used it.
