The wow factor.....

Hope you don't mind I have had trouble lately with the above type of link trying to go full screen and Freezing up...

Thats ok .i had some freezing up also...no trouble with full screen though.

Although not stock...(understatement)...they should have ended that clip with the Ford jingle "Have you driven a Ford lately".....:lol: That guy is some driver!!!!!!

Yep, paddle shift on the steering wheel with the readout in the middle of the dash. I think the big silver lever he was yanking on in the center was rear brake control?

Wow, very cool. I was on vacation to Denver I guess back around the year 2000 or so. Drove up Pikes Peak. As I recall, it was completely paved. Was it actually a dirt road back when this video was done (1988?)?

I would say the lever is a brake control as those stunts are impossible without great brakes keeping on end or the other still. He really "drove the tires off the car" didn't he?

I knew it was only partly paved! You can see it on more recent videos.
