Sun is out and the Lake Affect Snow has made a wrong turn to the Wisconsin shore today. We need A little West wind and this will hear back over to Michigan.

I think we will have a nice roaring fire today and get rid of the last of our fire wood on the patio. April is looking like a big warm up just in time to launch the boat. Water has come up nicely in the past 2 weeks.

Seems the storm started Tuesday night and continued Wednesday as it made it's way to Toronto. For some strange reason it didn't make it to Barrie which is really odd. Snow is mostly gone but the bay just won't open up. Here is what it looks like from our condo.

Yea - that seems to have happened a lot this year. We were in Barrie a couple of weeks ago - way less snow on the ground than we have. I was up at our marina Saturday - a lot of ice still.

I was planning on pulling off the shrink wrap this weekend to get started. I turned on the news to check the weather for temps, and now they are predicting 12" plus for us here in Boston, Friday morning ! Gimme a break........Good thing I didnt summerize the snow blower.
