The "virus" What are your thoughts

Exactly Rusty, That's definitely hard to swallow......What an excellent time for a foreign nation to strike us why we're down.....

I understand that perspective from someone that doesn’t rely on faith in their life.

But to call someone’s religious commitment and freedoms to gather especially during difficult times “ ridiculous” and infer the purpose is to “...get their money” is at best insensitive and at worst
UnAmerican.

Here's a new twist. The idiots have figured out that since the marinas are closed the boats are easy pickings. They got on mine and picked up a transfer pump, why I don't know. Another boater is missing a toolbox and his fishing poles.

So far it's stupid stuff.

You really are a piece of work,,,,,,,You don't know if or how much I rely on faith, that said you just admitted to heavy gatherings while were in a stay at home order are Ok, Not at all surprising from you, again you lean to the side of stupid, most churches near me, and mine included have on line services......A smart thing in my book vs 500 people in a packed church...…..You never cease to amaze me!!

Can't believe I'm sayin' this but I'm agreeing with susanandlance on this one. There are other ways to observe your religion than congregating in large groups with everything that is going on. I'm not knocking any religion but social responsibility should take precedence here. I know a few around here that are attending the online sermons and every Sunday morning I see a few channels on TV having them. I'm not picking on just religion either. Those boaters in FL that were all anchored off partying together. They are ruining it for other boaters.
 
It seems to me time has slowed down, first time in years for me. However I cannot wait to see the rebound from this.

Probably only two reasons someone is not attacking us now:
1. Every other military in the world is also dealing with this virus; and
2. The other militaries are scared of getting it from our military if they attack us! Sort of like not wanting to invade a country plagued with Ebola or some other disease.

I believe even though we are weakened we are still the world power. After this even more so.

Completely agree. We still have a very highly trained reserve military and National Guard force that are ready to go in a moments notice. I know...I happen to be one!!!
