Wanted to add for the record, Josh let me know that proper line lengths for autopilot (planned with auto pilot Simrad AP44 kit) are:

• 14 foot for from helm to AP pump mounted aft of black water tank
• 2 foot lengths for from 14 foot to AP pump
• 4 foot lengths for from AP pump to seastar hydraulic cylinder
• 2x T-fittings to go from 14 foot, to 2 and 4 foot

Sorry just saw this, are you still looking for info on this? I added a leash too for while underway, because its just an undercabinet tv mount used the wrong way. Without a leash, it would snap off while underway or rip the screws out due to the torque.
