Remember when I wanted to reward my broker? Since then....thhhhhhhhh!!!
I flew in to inspect. The boat is sweet. We have all the paperwork right here signed and notarized. It overnites to the lender Monday. Should close this week and pick it up Aug 3rd. I'm having fresh bottom paint applied and the seller is taking care of the relatively few items from the survey. Very excited Bruce!
