This weekend our swim platform shower stopped working. There is neither hot nor cold water flowing through it; it was working a few weeks ago now nothing.:smt089
The cold water is teed off at the wet bar and there is plenty of cold water flowing to that point. I completely removed the shower head to see if the on/off valve there was the issue, still no water coming from the hose.
Since neither the hot nor cold is working I am thinking that the valve maybe shot. Has anyone had this issue? How hard is it to replace?
Thanks

Did you try to disconnect the handheld shower device and see if the water runs through the hose? I had one on my old boat get clogged up pretty bad. Good luck.

first thing I tired, no water flow at all.

Maybe the hose got kinked.

Same thing happened to mine awhile back and it was a head scratcher. It took me awhile to figure it out too but I eventually found the sprayer hose itself was kinked because my wife had pulled it out too tight.

Swim platform shower fixed; took it apart and found that thespring in the valve wasn’t allowing the handle to move outward fully. This was not allowing any water through thevalve, cleaned it out and now no problems. I love a simple solutions they are so rare in the world of boating.
