OK, I know where that is. We came by there last year on our way from Otter Bay on S Pender to Roche. Did not stop and look around though. I think Jim, who was our 'tour guide', said we could clear Canadian customs there. Looks like I should put Poet's Cove on the list for a possible trip next year.

Actually it is directly across the sound from Norwalk which does have a single stack power plant. This is Huntington Harbor Long Island. My little one calls them the "candy canes" as they are red and white striped.

Here's mine. The sun was still a bit high. Forgot to get one a few minutes later when the sky turned a nice red. This is on the St. Mary's River off the lower Potomac River in Maryland.

Lake Ozark, MO. This was taken on Labor Day evening. The difference between when we started out that day on the water and when this photo was taken is amazing as far as the boat traffic.
