Sundancer 410 2002 Vacuum Generator Problem

Hello everyone,i am new to this forum i just bought a SeaRay Sundancer 410 2002 but it has some major problems and some problems are unsoluable or too much expensive so i am writing here for a other solutions or ideas.i am open to any ideas btw.i bought this yacht but the 2.nd small wc vacuum doesnt work.So a mechanic said that we need to change vacuum generator to fix the problem https://www.dometic.com/en-us/outdoor/hygiene-and-sanitation/sanitation/boat-pumps/dometic-vg4-33652 this is the vacuum generator. it has to be 12V. but to change it is way too long and too expensive in my country.I live in Turkey btw.so any suggestions for finding the cheapest generator.which site can i find the vacuum generator cause there is no option in my country sadly.all answers are appreciated.

Do you know what the mechanic did to determine that the vacuum generator was the issue?

There are a few on here that have more experience on this subject than I but there are a few parts that need to be looked at before saying the entire unit needs to be replaced.
