Starting the upholstery work

Amazing restoration! I want to update our upholstery of our 1982 260 Sundancer, but I may hold off until I can manage doing the cushions and the wall liners/ceiling, etc. It makes such a dramatic improvement! I couldn't get the videos to work but got a great sense of what was done through the pics. Thanks for posting!

Can anybody steer me to how to remove the exxterior cockpit vinyl panles. The cup holder has pulled through a piece of rotten wood and I will need to replce the entire side piece and re-upholster the vinyl. I just can't figure out how it is attached.
