Source for stainless steel engine vents

Hey all. I thought I would give an update. I went to meet Richard Prokop Friday to get this first batch installed and verify that the rest I make will be good. I ran into had a small hiccup. The taper on the vent on the inside was needed to allow the vent to seat all the way. My design used the wider base for the cut out, but it won't seat like that. This meant the design I've presented needed to be modified as I want all of you to simply screw these on. So, today I ironed it out, and hope the get these at the end of the week.

Thanks Jason. There's no point in sending out the wrong product; especially when I have a local boat to ensure a proper test. Again, thanks for your patience.
 
Ok the modifications worked great. I was able to install a 4 5/8" unit today for Mr. Prokop. It looks really good. The picture will not do it justice, but the rest of you will be getting the 5 5/8" ones so they'll be done and shipping (except for Pietro's whose will go to powder coat), by the end of the week. Richard is going to clean up around these, reseal and bed down and they will look sharp. I can't wait to see the final pics.
