After 15 glorious years of boating my wife and I are hanging it up.

We sold our boat this past week and the new owners feel privileged to own a Sea Ray. What a great Brand!!!

We had a great run and many fond memories. I have developed many great relationships here on CSR that will miss.

I have no intentions to get back into boating so I am signing off for good from CSR.

I am still happy to assist with any HiFi questions so feel free to contact me at hifi1959@gmail.com.

Thank you to ALL that have offered your generous assistance and attention to my questions and needs. You are a wonderful group and I feel privileged to know you.

I wish the best to all and thank you again.

Mark

I guess we all stop the bleeding at some point, sometimes by choice. Best of luck to you

Well, it comes to us all one day -:( Best of luck and we wish you everything you wish yourself for your non-boating future:)

Hate to see ya go, but we all will one day. We've thought about it a few times. It's just so expensive to keep these machines running,
not that it's your reason but it gets very discouraging some times.i don't want to break it down to per hours otherwise there'd be a add on yachtworld tommorrow we wish you all the best in the next stage of your life.

All the best to you both.

Mark,
Thanks for all you have contributed here over the years. I have personally learned quite a bit from you (like class D -vs- class AB amps) and will miss you and your posts very much. I wish you and the Mrs. all the best on your future endeavors.

Just because you sold the boat doesn't mean to have to leave. I sold mine and they haven't voted me off..... yet.

I'm always curious. Boating is typically a huge lifestyle decision. When you leave it you usually have found something else you want to spend your time doing. Golfing? Motorcycles? Motorhomes? something....

So Mark, what's the new adventure?

All the best to you and yours. Thanks for all the help.

Good question . . .

I will answer it this way . . . nothing new.

People who know me best know my first passion is the love of my wife and two daughters. They also know I have a passion for music artistry and HiFi. In short, while I truly enjoyed owning and operating the boat, it was not what defined me. The boat was a place to unwind with family and music.

So for now I continue to add to my 45 plus year hobby.

Who knows what God has planned for us in the future. With that said I expect great things.

I can tell you one thing God has planned for you. Hearing Aids!!!

Thanks for answering Mark. I just married off my two daughters in the last couple of months and I can tell you the time is short. Enjoy it while you can.

Good travels!

Best wishes! I always enjoyed your input and posts on sound systems....oh and on waxing and keeping a great shine.
