Sold my boat looking for a 290 da

I sold my boat a few weeks ago and I am in the process of looking for a new boat. I am interested the 290 sundancer 1998-2001. I have a few questions about this boat.
What can I expect for fuel consumption and performance for the various engine packages available?
Is there a way to fit a fridge or Ice maker underneath the sink in the cockpit?
Anything else I should know about the 290?

They made that style for half a year in 1997 too. To my knowledge 1997 has a unique floor plan available, which I have. It's basically a sofa that wraps around 2/3 of the cabin with the galley to port.

Is that the one where you have to climb over the sofa to get to the v-berth?

I have the layout in the bottom picture. The table drops down to fill in the v berth area. The front of the sofa on the right pulls out like a drawer and a filler cushion goes in to make another berth.

I seriously doubt you would be able to fit an ice maker under the sink in the cockpit.
