That's a complete BS, non-answer. Vaccinations are supposed to prevent the virus. If they prevent the virus then a vaccinated person won't get sick and can't spread it. If the vaccine doesn't prevent asymptomatic infection, then guess what -- IT DOESN'T FKG WORK. Is that what Pope Fauci is secretly telling us?

What you don't understand is the impact of lag times. People who are reaching full vaccination immunity got their first shots around the 1st of March, when only 15% or so of the population had received a first dose, most of those not being in the general public. Now that the pace of vaccinations has really accelerated, hopefully we will see the reduction in the rate of infection Dr. Fauci is looking for but it will take a little more time.

I’ve ridden in a car for days and sat across from colleague who tested positive last week. He had basic flu symptoms.

I do not wear masks. He does every chance he gets.

I’ve tested negative 3 times since he became positive.

Negative results.

No mask no virus.

He’s fine.

Pfft.

Baloney. I understand perfectly fine. Shots started in Dec. But let's use Jan for kicks. Everyone shot up thru March 31 is good to go, presumably. That is millions of people. They are no longer vectors of transmission and have nothing to do with the rate of infection, except actually reduce it. Yet they are telling them to still wear their masks (not one, but two), stay away from people, and don't go out to eat. If the shot works, these people should be free to resume a normal life. If the shot doesn't work, meaning is doesn't prevent asymptomatic infection, then we have been lied to.
