So, lets talk weather....

Supposed to be 83 today and 60 on Thursday. But we're trending in the right direction. Only problem is the prediction for tonight is for severe thunderstorms with large hail and tornadoes likely. We currently can't get our cars in the garage. That's what insurance is for I guess.

This is a picture taken a couple days ago at Alta just east of Salt Lake City. They now have had 845” (nearly 71 feet!) of snow this winter and it is still snowing. It has settled to a base of 20 feet and that is a 3 story lodge in the background.

Don’t people need their cars?….. what the heck

Saturday on the mountaintop was 320 inches. It's now at 334! Getting into the mid-sixties this weekend here in the valley. Finally!

They have had several "interlodge emergencies" where the people that are at the resort have to stay there and inside of a building until the avalanche danger lessens. The only highway that enters or leaves the area is closed due to avalanches crossing the road.

Not looking too bad in the Toronto area. I was up at the marina last weekend and there are still snow piles between the boats and the harbor and marina is still iced over. It will melt quickly, but its not there yet. They are removing shrinkwrap this week though.

So last week the heat was still on and barely 50 during the day, today is 82 out and I needed to put the AC on. Hope it stays close to this for a while ... Last year went from 40 one weekend to literally 100 the following at the end of May before MD weekend.

Last night I mentioned to wife i was a little warm. She asked if i wanted the AC on. I told her if she did it she would experience a slow painful death like on the ID channel.

Got into an argument about the AC this morning, I lost, so it's on now ...

Here in Augusta, GA it is 87 degrees today. But it isn't looking good for the Master's. Saturday the high is 52 and raining. It looks like it will rain most of the weekend. I am hoping to get the boat out tomorrow while it is still warm.

You guys are killing me! It's supposed to see a high of 49° today, then into the mid-fifties through the weekend.

Yeah, we have the fifties as well this weekend. But we have been having this aberrant high temps every now and then these past few months. But then 70's going forward!
