They should pop out with a screwdriver, and the new one will snap right in.

Take out the Phillips head screw in the middle of the snap then just pry it out. Not a hard job.

Thanks guys. BTW Molson we have friends that we visit with quite often in Whitby. When I go up I want an X and they are drinking Miller Lite. Go figure?
