I new that title would get attention
I just got back from having 3 snaps replaced on my cockpit cover that is basically new. Yes, I will be more careful and yes I bought the tool. I learned.
My question is that I read in a boat magazine that dobbing chapstick on the snaps is good and needed lubrication. Is this a good idea? Do you lubricate your snaps ? (I had trouble keeping a straight face when I typed that, whew).
If so, what do you use?
Thanks,
