sloppy steering

my 89 230 seems to have gotten sloppy steering all of a sudden. the attachments under the consol seem tight and my power steering fluid is full, any ideaS.........

Could be the yoke on the outdrive needs adjustment or possible replacement?

Is it only when you are at slow speed or does it happen all the time?
