The shower head just unscrews, you can find a replacement at most hardware stores,
Most faucets like that will have a nut down inside that the handle stem comes through. You'll need a deep socket to remove it. You find them in hardware stores, and they look like a piece of steel tubing that has had the end swaged into a hex. Not much torque involved.I did pull the knob off and have access to the valve stem.
The stem turns but I cant seem to figure how the turning stem comes off to get access to the O-Ring?
