Shower Faucet leak... is this fixable or a replace

Sorry, thought I said where.... getting old. It's from the head of the spray unit. Just a drip, drip. Like a typical bathroom or kitchen sink faucet that needs an o-ring, but the knobs are fixed so there is no serviceable gasket under them, at least not that I can divine any access to. It stops for a while and then starts again after a few uses, which sounds like a gasket just hanging on for dear life.

But like I said, I can't see how/where to even check.

BTW, I can barely reach the rear of the unit from under the head sink, still can't see anything to service.

The shower head just unscrews, you can find a replacement at most hardware stores,

I am guessing there must be a seal at the valves, but no idea how those knobs come off. Might check flounderpounder.com for replacement.

Can anyone tell me how to change O-Ring in detail #6. Wand keeps leaking when pump is on.

I did pull the knob off and have access to the valve stem.
The stem turns but I cant seem to figure how the turning stem comes off to get access to the O-Ring?

Most faucets like that will have a nut down inside that the handle stem comes through. You'll need a deep socket to remove it. You find them in hardware stores, and they look like a piece of steel tubing that has had the end swaged into a hex. Not much torque involved.
