I'm not the guy to answer this question as A: I'm a transient boater, B: I fill up at a E-free station near home when I can.

I usually pay 10 - 20 cents more than the 93 octane for 90 octane E-free. My boat runs much better on E-free, 3 pumps and she starts compared to 20 pumps to start on E-10. MM
