Seat hold down brackets 1988 340EC

Just took delivery of a 1988 340 EC. The back seat and port side seat in the cockpit are held down with stainless brackets with clevis pins, One half of one of the brackets is missing. I cannot finde these on the internet and, of course, the 1988 parts manual is gone from the Sea Ray site.

Can anyone with a vintage Sea Ray advise me as to what these things are actually called and where I might get one?

Any help will be appreciated.
