We are looking at purchasing a 1992 330 DA. I had a couple of questions relative to the windshield attachment to the hull as well as railing stanchions.

The feedback I received from Sea Ray support is simply unbelievable.

Particularly for a 20 year old boat. You would think I had just spent a million bucks.
Not only was I provided with technical information, but drawings and pictures as well.

I was just so impressed I had to pass the experience along.

Customer support is lost these days with a lot of companies. It's nice to hear that Sea Ray isn't one of them.
Makes me proud to be a Sea Ray owner!

DITTO.

The 92 will be our third Sea Ray.

I have contacted Sea Ray three times in the last 6 months about my '95 and each time they got back to me with exactly what i needed within 24 hours.

I have asked them questions about my 1960 and 1978
not much useful info but I feel confident that they really did try to help with a semi-unreasonable request

Over the past 6 years I have dealing with Rick Bressner and he is full of knowledge. Great group of people.

Wish I could report the same. The one and ONLY time I tried to contact them with a question....I got no response. Maybe my question wasn't worthy....been a long time now and can't even remember what it was.

But I probably got my answer from this forum.

Glad others are having better luck.

I had a good experience with SR support for my 370 Express. I was concerned about water infiltration through the limber holes in the stringers. They sent me drawings of the stringers and provided advice about how to glass them. The boat was out of warranty by 8 or 9 years. Very helpful. So is Tiara. They have come to my home to replace things that are out of warranty. (AC)

Try to contact Rick Bressner next time, he has always been a big help.

you guys live in Sea Ray heaven (USA) - you should try the support from their international "distributors" - that is not a pleasant experience. And if we post a question to SR direct - they just forward to the international distributor :-(

Thanks good I have learned to use my US address for ANY communication with SR...

I also just purchased our first Sea Ray this fall. I am AMAZED with the support that Sea Ray gives.

Nice to hear everyone is receiving such good support.

Been exchanging a couple PM's with a nice fella named Rusty who assures me that my last experience was an anomoly....and he will always be there to help if any is needed in future.

Nice to know.
