Friends,
I am considering 2005 boats that have "Navigator II" as an included option. In my research here an elsewhere, I have struggled to crosswalk this to a user manual or feature list. On Maptech, there is Navigator I, and then there is Navigator II, and Navigator 3.5. Unfortunately, I can get user manuals for I and 3.5, but not II. The tech said, without confidence, that they are the same, but I would like to confirm this.

If any of you have a 2005 Sea Ray and can provide any sort of info/review/alternative model descriptions of the unit, that would be fantastic.

Do you use your Navigators, or just the Raymarine plotters sitting next to them? I would hope the unit is functional as I would like to be able to use two full screens of info, either GPS /Radar, GPS / GPS, or GPS/Camera.

Thanks!

Hi Ed, we have a Maptech system set up in our store in Annapolis. You are welcome to come check it out if you want to see how functional it is. It is a very nice system.

I believe the hardware is Nav II and the software version is 3.5. The manual on Maptech's site for 3.5 is the right one if the software on this system has been upgraded to 3.5.

Re: Sea Ray Navigator II

Is there a market for used Sea Ray Navigator II's. I have one, removed from my boat due to lack of charts for upper Mississippi and St. Croix Rivers in MN, WI area.
It is complete with software and coastal charts of Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
