Sea Ray Homecoming Cruiser/Sport Boat Expo !! Here we go!

Everyone ....
Don't forget to print out you email confirmations
will probably make things go slot smoother at registration

Question....Anyone bringing large trailerables? We are hoping to get back in with a 28+,- and would love to see different trailer designs as we will be towing with a HD pickup+Camper and looking for storage on trailer for other toys. Thanks.

Many of the boats that will be on display at the Homecoming are trailerable.

The dealers usually supply the trailers for the customers who want a trailer with their boat. Not all customers do, so I think all you will see in Knoxville will be the boats.

Like Frank Sea Ray does not supply the larger trailers. I forget but somebody on the board had a custom trailer for their 240SD that include a place for a couple jet skies in the front.

Loadmaster is in Ohio, I'm having them build a trailer for me now.

We might have to cancel our trip ??.

I fell and broke my right ankle and I have a nice big knot on my forehead. :smt089

My foot got caught between the boat & dock wall and down I went onto the concrete dock.

We'll see how things are in the next few days or so.

.Yep, I cried & screamed like a little sissy girl.

Geeze Wayne...ouch!

Take care of yourself. I'm sure that we could take turns pushing your wheelchair around the Sea Ray grounds!

Stay well!

Mark

I'm counting too!

Wayne, You weren't wearing flip flops again were you?

Hope you feel better soon.

Very interesting...Thank You. I remember the jet ski trailer with the large CC.

I thought I saw a general agenda a couple weeks ago in this thread but dang if I can find it now.

I read about Calhoun's, unvieling new modles "downtown", registration Friday morning, extra activities, music. The only times I see posted are for plant tours.

Are we meeting as a group at Calhoun's Thursday evening?

I guess I need to know where to take the little 600 when I arrive Thursday early afternoon
not real thrilled with whe idea of leaving it in a motel parking lot or dragging it downtown
in a city I am not really familiar with to dinner Thursday night.

I thought I saw on here at some point that we would have the opportunity to ride on the new models. I don't see that opportunity anywhere on the agenda. Is that not going to happen or am I missing something?

Calhoun's on the river has a huge long parking lot and it will be mostly empty during the day Thrusday. You might consider contacting the restaurant about parking it at the end of the lot and leaving it there until you depart Calhoun's after dinner Thursday night. Then we can all "oh and ah" over it when we are there for dinner. Or just park it there with your tow vehicle and don't bother asking permission from the restaurant. I have left a car there for many hours at a time on non-weekend days.

If you need to / would just feel more comfortable, you can leave it in my driveway. I live on the west side of town and it is all good roads from the interstate to my house. I don't know yet whether or not I will be attending the Thursday evening dinner drive-by, but even if I don't, our neighborhood is very safe. My bowrider was always parked in the driveway with no issues. If I am not at the dinner event, I'll be at work, but my family will be here all night.
