My plan would be to use a cruise ship for bait, shoot 'em with tranquilizer darts, kidnap them and put them to work on the cruise ship. Solves their complaints about no opportunity and will make the other pirates think twice when none of their buddies return from sea.
Sound like a plan or is that too "left" for the rational conservatives?
