I have a 2002 560 Sedan Bridge and just activated the Satellite TV. Luckly, the TV pics up XM Radio. When I seatrialed the boat I am pretty sure when they had the TV on the bridge going they had the sound playing through the Clarion radio speaker system.

But now I cannot figure out how to get the Clarion radio to sync. with the TV on the bridge?

Does anyone know what setting I have to put the Clarion radio on?

Thanks,

Mike,

Please remove the for sale item from your signature. That is a service that we provide here for a charge. Wish I could be of help with your radio question but I am sure others will chime in.

Thanks

Wesley

Mine is newer but probably has some of the same components. This is the way mine is set up:

The TV has 4 cables connected to it: power, video in and 2 audio outputs. The two audio outputs are connected to the auxiliary input of the Clarion unit on the dash. When you set the Clarion to Aux (as opposed to AM/FM/CD or CD Changer) you should get sound from the TV.

In my setup the bridge TV is a slave to the salon satellite tuner. (as are the TVs in the forward stateroom and guest stateroom.) The TV video and audio are transmitted around the boat via an RF modulator set to some unused channel.

The salon satellite tuner has to be powered on and set to the channel you want to watch and the bridge TV has to be set to the channel that your RF modulator is set to.

to play the aux input on your clarion you have to turn the unit on and then hit the power (PWR) button quickly to toggle through the various functions (Radio/CD/AUX). If you hold the power button down to long it will turn off the unit.
