I am not up north but I know many of you are and this may be helpful during the upcoming boating season. I was searching the Waterway Guide and came across this information and thought I would provide the link, not sure it is helpful or not but I know many of you had asked on this forum for update. Have a safe season.

Great post as I plan my move from Lindenhurst (fire island inlet) to peconic through Shinnecock inlet / canal. Thanks.

Guys ,
I don't think the marinas are being honest. I know of three in Nassau county that stated they are good to go and are a mess still . No gas , no electric but they posted they are fully operational.

Rob same here the anchorage has no gas pumps, and some slips have electric they just want to get the slips rented

The Barnegat Bay area marinas' reports are accurate, based on what I have seen... The interesting reports are when one marina mentions another's status... Or the condition of another part of the bay... Needless to say, I plan one waiting to close to the end of may to venture out with my larger boat...
