Sailing To Bermuda

Thanks Guys. Not this year. Too much going on prior to leaving. I had thoughts of sailing there, but it just won't work this year
 
God, I would love to but this damn work thing keeps getting in the way! Have a great cruise and stay safe!

John......What is the trick with adding music to video? Every time I try to upload to YouTube it gets blocked for copywrite. Is there a website you use to get the music?
 
Tim.....The songs I use I have bout on ITUNES and they are purchased. Some songs I use are blocked for copyright issues so I just use another song...
 
Love the intro ... great graphic with the name in the water! What tool did you use to do your editing?

I've done the Newport to Bermuda race twice. The first year we got about half way and the steering gear let go. The owner had to call for an ocean tug to take us home. The second time two years later went better. Both times I was the cookie (I can make coffee, toast, bacon and fry eggs on a 30 degree list, my dinner service is pretty good too) and part time grinder. It's a great trip, just about the best boating adventure ever. If you need an experienced culinary technician, let me know. I also know a couple of other old f_rts who have long distance cruising experience.

Not sure when John was setting sail, but hopefully he is safe in port with Hurricane Gonzalo moving through Bermuda
 
I did not leave as I would not leave until after hurricane season....I have friends that left and had boat damage during fay and this is not looking good for them.....I think Bermuda is going to be in rough shape so I am heading down east coast now....
 
cape cod eh? my grandfathers family lives up there. he would go up there every summer for a few months and bring back a van load of flounder and cranberries! heard it was an awesome place. great video, will be waiting for the rest.
