Running Wire for Windlass

I have a 2001 260DA and I'm wondering if anyone has pictures, video or steps, showing how to run wires on starboard side of boat. I can get to the panel under the steering wheel, but after that I don't know what to take off or how to get to anchor locker. Thanks in advance

Thank you for this Kevin! I don't have AC so maybe I will try to fish it through to the shelf without removing the closet panel - we will see...

You should be able to fish through without opening the closet. I am not sure about the access on the cabin side. I also had the wall cabinet to remove that added to the work. A long fiberglass fish should make it through.
