Red Light /Speed Camera revenge

Yeah, but you're in Alaska. That's Maryland. No offense to you guys in Maryland, but more than three quarters of the population, like the rest of the east coast from the DC suburbs and north, are a bunch of sissies.

I'm sure glad I live in Iowa. We're still spending money on replacing stop signs with lights. : )

That whole story makes no sense. Unless the kids use the same make/model/color car as the represented by the phoney plates. Don't think so.

Students are even obtaining vehicles from their friends that are similar or identical to the make and model of the car owned by the targeted victim, according to the parent.

This part of the story explains how it could be a nuisince.
Besides, here in ol' MD it's up to you to prove your innocent, and from standing in line at the DMV, I can tell you no one else could give 2 hoots!

An officer of the law (or other authorized personnel) is the ONLY person that can issue a traffic citation.:smt021

Anything other than that is unconsititutional. At least that is the was the Alaska Supreme Court saw it.:smt038

They had the same finding in Jersey. But I don't think it was from the court system. I'm pretty sure the ruling came from the police officer's union.

Best regards,
Frank
